Lit-From-Within Perfector
I need something for dark spots and under-eye bags. Is Retouch Pen for me?
I use Dual Finish, in Buff 2. Sometimes Re-energie Eclat Multi-Lift #2.
I don't want to illuminate dark spots and bags, just temporarily eliminate them. Oh, and get rid of wrinkles, don't we all? I don't want to look 65 at 65. I understand the highlight part. Does it CONCEAL? Please help.

I'm 64, with combination skin, some deep wrinkles and Rosacia. Which one, not both, for me? I can't decide
