This my makeup routine:1.Genifique 2.Vissionaire, 3.Absolue moisturizer 4. Absolue sunblock 5. foundation , so when do I suppose to apply La Base?
You would apply between Steps 3 & 4. You apply before your foundation, as it helps your makeup stay on. It is so silky as you apply you only need a tiny amount before applying your foundation.

Should I put a moisture cream on before La Base Pro
Yes, moisture cream then La Base Pro. That will help set your makeup for the day. There is an eye shadow base that also help holds eye shadow in place as well. I use them both and love it.

Any age to this product?
Not in my opinion I have used for 32 years I feel there is a proper moisturizer for each decade I use everything to provide max moisture and smoothness with the Absolue line. The eye genifique is fantastic as well as the colors are always updated.

Is this product suitable for young people whose no wrinkle?,( i'm 21 now )
It is never to early to start, however after using this product I feel it really adds more moisture for my dryer skin. I hope this helps. I have used Lancome for 32 years and people never guess my age.
