My favorite thing about this product isManages undereye puffy's
I'm surprised that others have written that this irritates their eyes. I have that problem with soooooo many eye serums that a good one that doesn't bother me is hard to find. This is one that DOES NOT bother my eyes at all. I guess it just depends on the person? My eyes are extremely sensitive and swell shut but not with this. Plus, it feels delicious going on! I keep mine in the fridge to help with some serious undereye puffiness and it helps a great deal. I do that with all of the serums I've tried/used, and find that this little tip does help. I love the 'pearl' applicator and find that as long as you do as the directions suggests and run the pearl around the rim to remove the excess you don't use too much. I haven't seen much difference with my undereye circles but didn't really expect that as they are so bad, nothing has ever worked. The highlight pen, can't remember it's name, a Lancome product, takes care of the dark circles for me instead.

Do you HAVE to use a Lancome Mascara with this?
I have some other brands of mascara that need to be used up first before I purchase another and after reading the reviews it appears I need to use this with only Lancome mascaras. Is this true?

The Fibers? Do they fall into eyes?
Hello! I purchased an extending mascara a couple of years ago from another company and it had fibers in it to extend the lashes out, It was miserable!!!!!!!!! While applying that mascara the fibers were falling into my eyes and making them turn bright red and tears were pouring out. I had to flush my eyes out, wash my entire face, and cancel my dinner plans. If this mascara does this at all, even just a tiny bit please tell me. I have very sensitive eyes in the 1st place, I can't do anything extra to make it worse. So if I can't use this I'll stick to the 'Doll' lashes mascara instead. But if you all feel this would work for me I'd be thrilled to try it. My lashes are too short!!

Hello Ritaxuan, I use a couple of these products but not all of them. So, I researched all of the items included and with the exception of the SPF Lotion, they all state for 'Normal Skin'. All of the products included state they are either 'oil free' or 'non-greasy'. So my best answer would be that Yes, this would be a wonderful gift set for your mother. Is this product suitable for young people?,( i'm 21 now )
Sadly bags and dark circles under the eyes don't seem to know how old you are. I only recently at age 47 started to have puffiness under my eyes but since I was in my late teens and early 20's I've had dark circles. I'm a pro at covering them! So yes, if you're having one or two of these problems I would suggest this. BTW, I keep my bottle in the fridge so the pearl stays cold to give it an extra boost for the puffys. If you just want to prevent your eyes from future damage, wrinkles, crows feet, etc. Lancome has some other great eye creams that would also be suitable. And remember, if you buy this product, to run the pearl around the inner rim of the bottle to remove excess product from being wasted. It states this on the instructions. How and when should I use this product?
My mother had bought this and ended up giving it to me instead. I love it! I don't wear foundation (maybe on a rare special occasion# but as I'm getting older, in my late 40's, I'm looking for that "bloom of youth" that seems to have faded. #I exchanged that for wisdom, LOL# I first spray my face with Evian water, #in the spray can) then while still damp I mix a couple of drops with my moisterizer and apply all over my face. Then I apply the rest of my makeup, concealer, eyeshadow, mascara, gloss. This does help replace that bloom of youth look quite well. I hope I've helped! Happy Holidays!

Does purple hynose look good on a very fair person?
I have a fair complexion and have worn purple mascara. It really looks great if you have green or hazel colored eyes! To answer at least one of your questions I'd say 'Yes!' You can wear purple mascara. If you feel it's a bit too much apply a coat of brown or black first and layer the purple over it. Either way should be beautiful. Have fun! Happy Holidays!

Dear Frances, The eyeshadow palette you are showing above isn't included in the Holiday Collection. What is included are 3 seperate shadows (of your color choice) in individual compacts. I personally prefer the 'singles' like what they've included this year. I've already recieved mine and the eyeshadow shades that are included are extremely lovely. The Nude Silk eyeshadow is the perfect base color for any eye effect. The entire collection is extremely nice and I'm very happy with it. The eyeliner is actually much longer than I expected, it's very long! It comes with everything a person needs to get ready, with the exception of a blush. I do think they should have included a blush that matches the color scheme you choose. I find it exciting to see what the huge goodie bag has in store for me from year to year. I also recieved 4 great samples! And the Black Case is quite lovely this year with the rosette on the front of it. If you had gotten the makeup bag earlier this summer with the 'Rosette' on it they will make a great set! I got the makeup bag (they had a choice of colors, black or white) I got the white bag with a black rosette, and they are perfect together! I hope you took advantage of that offer earlier this year! If you haven't already ordered your Holiday Collection I personally think you will still enjoy the bounty that is included even with the change in the eyeshadow palette. Well I can 't officially speak for Lancome but I've never seen them do a Black Friday deal. The best thing to do is (1# make sure to get this Holiday Collection as it's the BEST offer they have, and just once a year. #2) Make sure to sign up with Lancome to watch for their "Free Gift with Purchase" offers. They have some really great offers all throughout the year. Also, The dept stores such as macys & Dillards have "Free Gift With Purchase" seperate from the online offers. Keep your eyes open for the deals. I shop online with both of these dept stores and they send me notices when there are new offers. I hope this helps!

These come out every year near the Christmas Holiday time. They are available until they run out of stock. If they are gone oline from Lancome you can try your dept. stores such as Macys, Dillards, etc.. I will tell you though that they can go fast, they are such great deals that everyone wants one.
