I've been using Renergie Lotion for a very long time. It is great for an oilier skin type or combination skin types. My face doesn't break out and the texture is light weight. Hydrates without being greasy. Love it!! Please don't discontinue this wonderful lotion. I have found nothing else that compares to this product. I like that this product isn't one of the higher technology anti-aging lotions. It's just a great hydrating and firming lotion. Thanks!

This product is light weight enough for combination / oily skin types but the formula is not suitable..

Translucence powder is no comparison to the Matte Finish that Lancome had in its line up. This new powder is supposed to maintain a matte finish and be good for oilier skin types. It is not. It has "moist" powders added to the powder for a creamier texture. The silkiness of the powder adds too much of a sheen effect. After the powder is on for a while, the skin's own oils naturally come through and the powder ends up looking pasty. Totally disappointed with this new powder. Lancome seems to be veering away from helping anyone with skin types that are oilier and/or combination oily. Took away the Pure Focus. Took away the Matte Finish. Took away the foundations of long ago that were excellent. New is not always better. Bring back the formulas that truly worked. Hopefully, the Renergie lotion will not be taken away. The Aqua Vital lotion still isn't light-weight enough for oiler skins.

Excellent cleanser - it's by far better than Clinique or Lauder

Pros: Wonderful Fragrance, easy to use, Immediate Results, light, Good Ingredients, deep cleans, truly is formulated for oily skin, skin looks healthy, rinses well and does not leave a filmy residue, doesn't leave a moisturizing barrier on the skin
Cons: expensive
My favorite thing about this product isI like the way it lathers. After washing, my face feels very clean and no filmy residue is left behind.
This is a great cleanser for oily skin. I just found out, though, that it is being discontinued. Why? Other lines do not perform the same as the Pure Focus. I have been loyal to this product and finding out it is being discontinued is very disappointing. It's hard to imagine that Lancome would want to send customers to other skin care lines. Nothing compares to Pure Focus. I don't understand why Lancome would discontinue an entire line for those of us with oily skin types. We need those products that are made specifically for us. Our skins do not fall into the "normal to oily" category. We are oily. Period. Please keep this line at the cosmetic counter and available on line. Thank you.

Which concealer would I need to use when taking photographs?
So many concealers actually "shine" through the foundation when taking photographs - particularly photos that require flash. Many photos look as if I have complete consealer circles around my eyes.... Looking for one that is "photogenic" if you will.

Concealer should look natural. Too light of a shade will create that "circle" around your eyes. Use the Flash Retouche concealer pen and choose a shade closest to your own skin tone. Don't apply foundation to the eye area where concealer will be applied. This concealer has a highlighting effect and brightens the eye area without looking like you are wearing concealer. If you cannot find a shade in this pen formula, then use a shade of the Maquicomplet and pick a shade of the Flash Retouch to apply over the Macquicomplet.
