Doesn't work for me~~

I use and love many Lancome products; however this one did not work for me. I had no problem with the applicator and the product felt nice going on. However, it seemed to irritate my undereye area and caused a burning sensation. I decided to use the product every other night and see if my skin adjusted. I also applied a Lancome eye cream over it. I experienced the same problems and my skin started to look dry and irritated. The 'illuminating' concept sounded great #exactly what I was looking for#, but it just didn't work for me. I hope it works for others!

Pros: great color, light, Nice Finish
I discovered this product a few years ago and really like it. It is finely milled and doesn't settle in the line or look too obvious on the skin. It just gives a nice glow!! I hope Lancome never stops offering this product. The jar does last quite a well. The "golden" shade is lovely and does not look pink on the skin.

Pros: Wonderful Fragrance, easy to use, Good Ingredients
Cons: expensive
I have tried so many cleansers that were either too harsh or just didn't properly clean my face. This product is great -- it's so creamy and the scent is nice. It leaves my skin really soft. The only downside for me is that it is a bit expensive.

can I get a sample before buying to see if the shade works well?

I don't think samples are available from the Lancome website. I would suggest that you go to a retail Lancome counter (Belk, Macy's, Nordstroms, etc.) and they will gladly give you a sample of the shade you are interested in --- and help you select the correct shade and foundation formula for your skin type and concerns. Most of the time, the sales associates will try at least three shades to make sure you get the best match.

Ca I return this product and get my money back?
I did not notice any difference but irritation and more puffiness, can I get my money back? this product is awfully expensive for no results!
It is unfortunate that the Lancome counters don't offer a sample of this product. I believe that Lancome stands behind their products -- both in retail stores and at their website. I was able to return the product at the retail store where I purchased it, without any problem.
