My favorite thing about this product isradiance !
I am a long time loyalist to Lancome but before I tried visionnaire I bought a serum that is very expensive from a famous brand to see if I believed in Lancome because I have been using their products for so long and not giving my self a chance to try other brands, so I was disappointed with the other serum I bought so I went back to try Lancome's new serum, Visionnaire and I LOVE IT!
Visionnaire gives radiance , velvety touch , and it seems that my wrinkles are disappearing.
I highly recommend visionniare. Try it you will not regret it.
It's a bit expensive, but so worth the money.

My favorite thing about this product isthe texture
I purchased this item without trying a sample or a tester because I just sent my list with my friend who was traveling to the US.
So when I got the jar, I realized that it says normal to dry skin so I was like oops this is not going to work, but it turned out to be a great cream, the texture is so light, like a combination of water and gel and my skin drinks it immediately.

I have a very dry skin, the kind of a skin that would drink any moisturizer , so I would recommend this for anyone with a dry skin looking for a light and a good moisturizer at the same time.

Does this product need to be used continually even after seeing results, in order to maintain good looking skin? Or can one bottle do the job?
Hi,
I think it depends on your skin type, if you finished your first bottle try to see how your skin will be without visionnaire but I would recommend at least you finish your second bottle and then decide.
I have been using visionnaire for a year now and I am very satisfied with the results.
I would switch to another serum when Lancome surprises us with a new amazing serum.

Should Visionnaire be used on the neck as well as the face?

Yes you should use it on your face, neck and under your eyes.
This was the first serum that I tried that can be used under eyes.
If you wish to see faster results try using it morning and evening.
This is a great serum, I love it I hope you will love it too.

I received a sample in the gift with purchase today and there are no directions with the products or on this product. Would like to use on the eye area, too.
It's designed to be used on your face, neck and under eyes.

I have the High Resolution and also Genifique Repair should I be using both?
The high resolution night is a good night moisturizer, the Genefique repair works as a night cream but it's lighter ,
So don't use the two products together.

Is Visonnaire a serum or a cream?
In reading the Q&A, one answer said to use AFTER serum, but before night cream. The next answer said this IS a great serum. Just kind of confused me & want to be sure I use correctly. Thanks!

I received samples of Visionnaire Skin Corrector and Genifique Youth Activating Concentrate. 1 or both? Under makeup? Moisturizer also?
As for the visionnaire you should use it under make up and under your daily/night moisturizer.
This is a great serum, one of the best things about it is that you can use it under your eyes as well.
The Genefique is the same but you can't use it under your eyes.

Which of your products should go on first in the am and pm? And after?
Unfortunately my husband through the box away which might have explained all of this. I just want to use the Visionnaire correctly in order to get the best benefit.

For best results, I recommend you use it am and pm before your daily /night moisturizer. However, it's always best to use it at night if you don't wish that you use it in the morning.
