Age

Is the Absolue moisturizer good for a specific age , is it too heavy for 32 year old skin. I've been using High resolution for 5 years now and want to switch to something different just because I think my skin needs that extra something now.
I can't decide between Absolue and Bienfait Multi-vital.
Please help!
