Really Great Mascara

Love it, love it! It's really black, somehow blacker than most "black" mascara, and the brush really makes the mascara. It's easy to handle, even though it's on the large size. I"m on day three of using it and absolutely no clumping, flaking or smudging. I used Cils Booster XL primer #by Lancome# underneath the Hypnose Drama, which makes it's effect even more amazing. I used to use Definicils, but this one has won me over. It's volumizing, really gives a wide eyed effect. Hands down the best mascara I've ever used in my 37 years :).

My favorite thing about this product istexture
This is my first Absolue Rouge lipstick, and I bought it in Crushed Rose. I have fair skin, green eyes and blond hair, and it gives me the perfect but not too intense pink/rosy lip. It's not hot pink, nor does it have any orange hue to it. I also use Rouge in Love #275, which is similar but more intense. However, Absolue Rouge feels like a luxurious creme, that is actually moisturizing and still has good staying power. I usually line my lips before applying to make it stay even through a cup of coffee, and I love it. Definitely worth the investment.

My favorite thing about this product ishow it feels on my face!
This is just a great toner. I use it after creme radiance cleanser, and this toner sweeps up those last little traces of dirt and makeup, and makes your face feel smooth, clean, and bright. It has a lovely scent to it, and is not drying. I find it balances my combination skin very well. Great value for the price too.

Multi-action is great!

This is a rich moisturizing night cream, and it really does seem to smooth away wrinkles and create a luminous complexion. I'm 37 so have the first signs of aging, and wanted something to combat that. This is my new favorite night cream, and it does sink right into the skin, even though it is thick. No irritation or breakouts either, and I have combination, acne prone skin.

Wonderful Eye Color!

Taupe Craze may be my new favorite palette of eye shadow. Lancome really put together beautiful shades, and the directions make it easy to apply, even for someone like me who can get intimidated by eye shadow. :) It has a slight shimmer to it (lid color), which helps make the eye area luminous. I generally skip the liner in the palette and use Art Liner liquid eyeliner instead, but my Lancome beauty advisor at Bloomingdales has used the shadow liner on me and it always comes out great. It's long lasting too!

Just Love it! Luxurious Serum!

This stuff is tops. I do use it first after washing with Creme Radiance, and then I apply Visionnaire and Genifique Cream Serum for day time, and apply High Resolution Night at nightime. The Absolue Ultimate Bx serum is seriously luxurious, and seems to calm and smooth the skin. It also smells just wonderful, a nice delicate scent. Not greasy at all and I have borderline combo/oily skin, and no breakouts. I also have sensitive skin, with first signs of aging (I'm 37), and this serum does the trick! Highly recommend!! I just wish it cost less.:) The Absolue line is fabulous, great products Lancome!

I was allergic to this. I don't even have sensitive skin around my eyes, and this new product burns. However, from what I hear most people can use it, but just keep that in mind if you have sensitive skin. Whatever active ingredients are in the Genifique Eye Light Pearl definitely caused the irritation I experienced, but I did LOVE the applicator, it felt so cool and good at first. I couldn't give this 5 stars because of my reaction to it, but I see how it could really work for those of you not allergic to it.

I love Lancome lipstick shades, and I bough 275 Jolie Rosalie when I first discovered this wonderful new long last lipstick. I have fair skin, with blond hair, and this is a nice rosey-mauve that works really well with my cooler skin tones. It does last a long time, and goes on moist and ends up leaving behind a nice stain if you pick one of the darker shades like 275. I'm not sure if it does last 6 hours as advertised, but it does make it through my morning cups of coffee, until lunchtime.

Mattifying and Great Coverage Powder

My favorite thing about this product isgreat coverage for a powder
This powder has a delicate scent, and is the perfect finishing touch to put over foundation, or just to wear alone with a little concealer, mascara and lipstick. It gives the skin a matte finish, and has more coverage than the Transluscence mattifying powder. This is my new favorite go to powder. I have oily/combo/acne prone, but 37 year old skin, and I find that it absorbs oil, and doesn't settle into lines or dry the skin. It also helps tone down the redness in my fair skin.
I usually apply it with a powder brush or the puff that comes with the powder. I haven't tried applying it wet yet. Also, I think it's such a great value, and bought a second one for my hand bag for touch ups. I have fair skin and the Bisque is a perfect match! Yay Lancome!!

I'm not sure what happened here, but I'm fairly fair and have used self tanners successfully before. I tried this Flash Bronzer for the face and I woke up the next morning with an orange tint. Not a good look! I had to return it after one use. I bought it because of the good reviews, but I guess results can just vary person to person.

Génifique Youth Activating Concentrate & Visionnaire [LR 2412 4%]
When to apply Genefique Cream Serum?
I opted to purchase the Genefique Cream Serum to apply with the Visionaire. I have heard conflicting statements about which to apply first, since my Genefique also has the moisturizing component to it. So, which goes on first?
And should I still add a moisturizer at the end of my routine since this Genefique has a moisture component already?

With this combination, always apply thinnest to thickest. So apply Visionnaire first, then genifique cream serum. If you have dry areas, I would apply a moisturizer to those areas, but you probably don't need it if you have skin that is more on the oily side.

I use both, and you always apply serums from thinnest to thickest, so apply genifique first, then visionnaire. They work great together!

No, it appears white on your eyelashes, so you really need to use mascara over the Cils Booster XL.

I would say anyone with normal, combination or oily skin can use Tonique Radiance. It does contain alcohol so it may be a bit drying for those with dry skin. Use it after cleansing and before you apply serums and moisturizer.

Definitely use a serum under the renergie lift multi-action night cream. Nighttime is when skin repairs itself, so thats a great time to add in a serum under the night cream.

I have very oily skin. Are there oils in this product to cause my skin to breakout
There are a couple of ingredients such as apricot kernel oil in it, but I have oily skin too and don't have a problem with this. If anything I find that the night cream balances my skin by providing moisture (oily skin still needs hydration). Oil itself won't necessarily cause a breakout.

Do I need to use extra eye cream on the top of this eye concentrate?
Can this eye concentrate be used along or I'd better use both eye cream and this one together ?? I'm 30 yrs old and already have wrinkles under eyes, but not deep wrinkles.
Yes, you can use that alone, although I've found other lancome eye products to be better moisturizing/smoothing than genifique eye. Absolue Eye premium and High Resolution Eye are good eye creams to try. Or maybe try the new Genifique Eye Light-Pearl serum under your Genifique Eye cream to get more of an effect. good luck!

What size is the cils booster xl?
Is it the size of normal mascara or the size of the samples?
It's about the size of a regular mascara. I find with everyday use, it lasts just over a month.

I have very very dry skin and i went to the Lancome counter and they put this on before makeup and my face looked better than it has ever looked even when i was younger. I am 46 years old and i was wondering should i use this at night after cleansing before bed or use an eye cream for wrinkles instead. Actually i am more concerened about wrinkles than anything else.
You can use this twice a day, in the morning and at night after washing, but before applying eye cream. It's like a serum for your eyes. Especially since you have dry skin I would recommend using an eye cream on top of Genifique Eye Light-Pearl.

I agree - I experienced irritation also. If you bought it online at lancome. com I believe you can return it, and the same goes for if you bought it at a department store. That's also why I love Lancome - it doesn't happen often, but if I find a product really doesn't work for me, they've always been great about accepting returns.
