My favorite thing about this product isThe firming, anti-aging properties ~ The glow it gives my skin ~ The moisturizing affect it has on my skin.
For months I have been sampling tinted moisturizers or "BB" creams. I could not find a sample but really wanted to try it, especially due to the two new technologies Lancome uses in it. Please see their detailed description. This was the most expensive product I purchased and the price was a bit scary, because, what if I really liked it and then would have to continually purchase it at this price?!? I tried to like a couple of the others better, but, it didn't work. I could see the difference with this one. I found a real problem with the color shades of many of them. Too orangey, too ashy, too pinky-beige,blah! Most made my skin drier after using. This one gave my skin a warm, beautiful color. It's never looked better!
I always research and check ingredients before purchasing anything as I want to know I am using scientifically proven ingredients that really work, not just say they do. I noticed Lancome's had more, of the more expensive, natural type emollients. It had to be great for dry skin, and it is! It also had anti-aging ingredients, which I demand in any skin product I purchase now. The look of Lancome is more luminescent than the others, in a different way though. It looks more natural but yet has some coverage, even though light. You can build it for more coverage though. The glow it gave my skin without looking shiny and overdone was what I love about it the most. I could feel and see the moisturizing in it as well, more so than the others. After I had it on, for hours, my skin still felt the moist and had the glow. The others made my skin look more dry as they settled and any glow they gave my skin, to begin with, was gone. By the way, this is not a shiny glow, it is very natural looking, glow 'from within' look.
Another thing I love about this product, is that it has firming ingredients in it. I don't have many wrinkles yet, but they have begun! I not only want a product that makes me look good, but one that actually improves my skin with continued use, over time. This one should do it!
I do use a serum (like Visionnaire or Genifique) first , then a light moisturizer before applying this tinted moisturizer. With the Lancome I probably don't need to, but will anyway. I live in a very dry climate so need all the moisturizing I can get! My skin looks gorgeous with this tinted moisturizer on. I will continue to buy it since the others did not give me this 'look'. I look healthier with it on. A little goes a long way and I figure it should last awhile.
I originally ordered the number 3 shade but when I received it , it was just a little bit too dark, so I exchanged it for the number 2, which is perfect. I find these tinted moisturizers seem to be more forgiving in color shades than foundations. I have a medium skin tone with more of an olive base and tend to buy my foundations a little darker rather than lighter. The number 2 is a beautiful beige shade without that awful orange tint to it. I would suggest anyone with light-medium or fair skin, go with the number 1 shade. For other medium skin shades, the number 2 will do. The number 3 would work great for me with a tan but otherwise, the 2.
It would be nice if Lancome would offer smaller tubes as well, as some other companies have done, for those who would love use this but the price is too steep. Maybe a 35.00-40.00 size? Just a thought!

Difference between Cils booster product and product used in Oscillating Primer?
Can someone who knows, and has used both, tell me if the two products are the same, other than one having the Oscillating Mechanism? How do the products differ, other than the oscillating mechanism? How do they compare? Are lashes even longer with this mechanism than when Cils, without it? Appreciate you giving me all information you have on the two product sameness and differences. Thank you!
